Job Role
As a leading industrial technology provider specializing in advanced welding solutions and services, with a strong focus on innovation and technical precision, and serving a diverse client base across manufacturing, construction, automotive, and heavy industry sectors, the company is seeking a Sales Manager, to lead the commercial strategy and execution for the East Java region, while working from Surabaya. This includes managing a sales team, growing the client base, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. The role requires strong leadership, customer-centricity, and a proactive sales mindset. You’ll also engage in key account management, contract negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major; preference for Management, Engineering, or Marketing, or related field.
- Experience
- More than 7 years of Sales experience, with minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record in managing a regional sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Experience selling industrial capital equipment.
- Industry & Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the metal fabrication, manufacturing, automotive, or construction industries.
- English Skills: Functional proficiency, especially in technical communication - ability to understand and communicate technical terms, product manuals, and basic email or report writing.
