Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Meeting targets for designated Accounts and defined new Markets/ segments for own territory. Execute the sales & marketing strategy and plan of action related to own segment. Ensure all business development activities are fully aligned with Jumeirah’s Brand Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Develop and implement account development plans to maximize revenue in the short and long term.
  • Execute the hotel's annual commercial plan within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Attending trade shows, client events, and sales trips to expand network and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on budgeted, actual, and forecasted targets for the business unit and individual segments.
  • Secure marketing opportunities to enhance brand positioning and drive sales with corporate partners.
  • Foster close relationships with Global Sales Offices (GSOs) and Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
  • Maintain accurate account profiles in Salesforce, contribute to monthly reports, and ensure compliance with data entry standards.
Qualifications
  • Hotel Management, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
