We are currently looking for candidate for Sales Manager position with following qualifications:

Min 5 years proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services sector. Experience specifically in remittance / payment gateway services is often highly valued.

As a Sales Manager, strong leadership abilities are essential for leading and motivating team to meet sales targets.

Knowledge of remittance products and services, including of various payment methods, currencies, exchange rates, and compliance requirements.

Demonstrate effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. This may involve market analysis, competitor research, and the identification of key growth opportunities.

Capability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, includes nurturing existing partnerships and establishing new ones to expand the customer base.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends for making informed decisions and optimizing sales strategies.

Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving revenue targets, increasing market share, and driving business growth

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to such as technological advancements, regulatory changes, and shifts in customer behavior.

Educational Background: a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field can be beneficial for this role.

In this position you will have these following responsibilities:

Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our product/ offerings, especially B2B outbound remittance & Payment Gateway

Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts to meet revenue objectives

Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's revenues

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
