Responsibilities
  1. Client Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the electrical components field including equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and EPC contractors.
  2. Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide solutions (panel and components); increase order volume and repeat purchases.
  3. Sales Execution: Meet sales targets; follow up on payments.
  4. Market Insights: Track industry trends; analyze competitor product features, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns; develop response strategies.
  5. Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and complaints; deliver excellent pre‑sales, in‑sales, and post‑sales support to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Good conduct; over 5 years of experience in electrical panels and components or related fields; experience with Schneider, ABB, etc. is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written); Chinese language skills preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Power‑related majors; proficient in MS Office.
  • Established customer resources and successful sales cases; extensive network in electrical equipment and power engineering industries preferred.
