Job Summary

Our client, a leading European machinery manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities within Indonesias mining industry. The role focuses on managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth through customized engineering solutions for mining operations and heavy equipment users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen the companys presence in the mining and mineral processing sectors across Indonesia.

  • Identify and approach potential clients including mining contractors, processing plants, and OEMs.

  • Manage and expand relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnership and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver solutions that enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and participate in tender processes.

  • Negotiate contracts, oversee project implementation, and ensure customer expectations are met.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic market insights to management.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial or mining equipment sales, preferably from machinery manufacturing or engineering solutions companies.
