Sales Manager (Mandarin speaking is a must)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in EPC companies or the oil and gas industry.

As the Indonesia-based Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with oil and gas companies and EPC companies in Indonesia. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, performance-based sales commissions, and travel allowances.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Proven experience in the oil and gas industry or EPC companies in Indonesia, with a strong network of professional contacts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the oil and gas and EPC sectors.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) is required (MUST), with a preference for a major in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in valves, instrumentation, and related equipment, with strong expertise with oil and gas companies (MUST).
  • Extensive network of contacts within oil and gas companies or EPC companies (MUST).
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with oil and gas industries and EPC companies.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Must), Bahasa Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MUST).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of the petroleum industry and current local market trends.
