We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial products or equipment, good communication skills in English, and basic Mandarin ability will be an advantage.
Develop and manage sales channels in Indonesia (mainly B2B clients)
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Prepare sales plans and achieve company sales targets
Coordinate with the Chinese head office and local team
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support
Collect market information and report to management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in B2B or industrial equipment sales preferred
Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented
Able to travel for business when needed
Competitive salary + sales commission
