About the role

As a Sales Manager (Lighting and Electrical) at Midea Electronics Indonesia, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our lighting and electrical product lines. Based in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya, this full‑time position leads a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand our market presence.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans based on the company’s sales and profit targets, including task breakdowns, sales channel development, terminal customer network expansion, and sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate information on market trends, demand changes, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Develop new customers in the industry, identify and track potential clients, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct business negotiations and sign contracts with potential partners.
  • Work with clients on business negotiations, attend relevant meetings and business events, and ensure successful cooperation for sports‑related projects.
