Sales Manager (JSO - Jakarta Sales Office) is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
  • Targeting key accounts potential for the company
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience / proven success in a similar role with 4* or 5* Hotel environment.
  • Pride and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
