About the Job

  • Develop and implement offline sales strategies (pharmacies, drug stores, traditional trades, etc.) and their operational plans to achieve revenue targets nationally.
  • Build (hire) and manage (train) the offline sales teams.
  • Lead and monitor the sales team’s performance through feedback, inspiration, and guidance, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings with the team per area to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan next steps; regularly visit markets to evaluate share and monitor competitors.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective trade promotions and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Collect and analyze data on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing regular reports and presentations to the CEO and Director.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably within pharmaceutical, health supplement, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record in account management, team management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer behavior in the health supplement segment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, relationship, presentation).
  • Willingness to be based in Tenjolaya Bogor Regency or Bogor City and to travel extensively across Indonesia to oversee regional operations.

Job Description – Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow assigned market segments (Corporate, MICE, Government, Leisure, etc.).
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to strengthen relationships and secure business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's market reach.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other related documentation in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi).
  • Work closely with the Revenue, Marketing, and Reservations teams to maximize profitability.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably at an international 4‑ or 5‑star property.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, corporate travel, and MICE business.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems (Opera, Delphi, or similar).
  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and result orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for business as required.
