Commercial Leadership Responsibility
- Create a deep customer understanding while building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in each key distribution partners/customers
- Identify customer opportunities, needs and ways to enhance Phibro’s value proposition and portfolio.
- Implement networking strategies that will support generating new opportunities in the short term and build long term sustainable partnership.
- Report status and progress of sales activities and development projects in a clear way as well as create / maintain up-to-date market, sales, and financial forecasts to support reporting and assessment of business activities.
- Competitive Intelligence gathering such as pricing, strategy and other matters
Technical, Marketing and Regulatory
- Collaborate actively with Phibro’s marketing and technical team to develop suitable product / service strategies and position Phibro’s value proposition aligned with industry trends and customer’s needs
- Support that technical training support to key distributors/customers is well-organized
- Support and execute key product launches in the Country
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in animal nutrition and/or veterinary medicine/animal science
- A seasoned professional with minimum 10 years of working in the animal health and nutrition industry in Indonesia.
- Having held similar or related positions in the past. Possessing established and demonstrated business relationships with Key Poultry Integrators/Feed mills in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of the Poultry Nutritional and Biological sectors as well as medicated feed ingredients
- Strong expertise in Value Based Solution Selling with proven success in leading the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies
- Must be analytical and have the ability in solve problems in a concise and logical manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and manage expectations to create trust and credibility across a broad spectrum of the company
