Head of Sales – PT Talentvis Consulting Indonesia, Central Jakarta
Prepare commercial proposals / quotations. Attend client meetings, follow up to close sales. Work with both direct customers (contractors / building developers) and indirect customers (consulting engineers, distributors) depending on market structure.
Market & Customer Relationship Management
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Attend technical / trade seminars or exhibitions to stay updated.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team. (Ensure tasks completed on time, performance monitored.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, production, marketing) to ensure feasible proposals, accurate technical specifications, and timely delivery.
- Oversee follow‑ups, post‑sales support, ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies to meet company sales targets, revenue & profitability.
- Manage margin and operating costs related to the sales function.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of ventilation / HVAC systems / ACMV / fan engineering / product applications. Needed to give technical‑commercial proposals and to liaise with engineering or customers.
- Ability to read technical drawings, understand product performance (airflow, noise, efficiency, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering field).
- Several years of relevant experience in HVAC / ventilation / product sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude: ability to understand products, fan performance, system design.
