PT. SUNWAY DISTRIBUSI INDONESIA (SDI) a subsidiary of the publicly listed Malaysian company, Sunway Berhad, engaged in the trading of TYRES and other line of products, with eight branches and warehouses spread across Indonesia (Tangerang, Palembang, Jambi, Pekanbaru, Batam, Samarinda, Balikpapan, and Banjarmasin)

Job Description

Develop strategic plans to increase the TYRES and related product sales to Fleet Owners and Logistic Customers

Create sales plans per customer and per product within a specific area.

Fully responsible for achieving the sales targets set by the company, both individually and as a team.

Handle key customers (top customers) and maintain strong relationships with them.

Conduct direct visits to customers.

Manage and supervise the sales team under their responsibility.

Conduct training and provide education to junior sales staff (product knowledge, sales techniques).

Prepare reports and evaluate the follow-up results of sales visits.

Identify new markets or areas for product sales.

Conduct market surveys on competitor products of similar types and level (accurate pricing, product quality, etc.) to contribute to product development.

Provide solutions to all existing sales-related issues.

Requirements

Maximum age of 45 years

Minimum education: Diploma (D3), bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales/Marketing Manager (with proven experience in TBR tires products or Logistics and heavy equipment parts sectors are preferred).

Strong interest in sales, highly motivated, and dynamic.

Excellent negotiation, selling, and communication skills.

Responsible and able to manage and supervise the sales team.

Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or A) and preferably own a personal vehicle (car).

Willing to travel across Indonesia for a certain period.

Willing to work on holidays if needed.

Candidates should be well-groomed and presentable

Multi-language capability will be an advantage (Bahasa, English, China/Mandarin)
