About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team at PT. Dayaguna Maritim Cargotama' in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As the Sales Manager for CKLine, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities, Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while actively prospecting for new business opportunities
• Planning or creating programs to increase sales
• Overseeing the sales team, providing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure optimal performance
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new avenues for growth
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommended actions

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Korean or Japanese Shipping Company
• Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive strategic decision-making
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
