Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage segment. This role will drive sales performance, expand market presence, and lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets across Modern Trade and General Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and drive execution to ensure monthly and annual sales objectives are met.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive activities to support strategic sales planning.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Oversee distribution management, territory coverage, and outlet penetration.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide regular training & development.
  • Expand customer base and build strong business partnerships.
  • Develop trade programs, promotions, and initiatives to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Monitor pricing, market execution, and product availability in-store.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to management to support business decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG, must come from Food & Beverage industry.
