Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage segment. This role will drive sales performance, expand market presence, and lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets across Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor sales performance and drive execution to ensure monthly and annual sales objectives are met.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive activities to support strategic sales planning.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Oversee distribution management, territory coverage, and outlet penetration.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide regular training & development.
- Expand customer base and build strong business partnerships.
- Develop trade programs, promotions, and initiatives to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor pricing, market execution, and product availability in-store.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG, must come from Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing Modern Trade & General Trade channels.
- Experience managing distributors and key accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Results-driven, analytical, and strategic thinker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
