Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience as Sales Manager.
  • Experience managing events with high volume participants.
  • Working experience in a 5* hotel operation is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Corporate MICE segment’s sales and administrative activities.
  • Ensure guest services correspond to their requests.
  • Manage multiple events in the biggest Ballroom of the city.
  • Negotiate prices with clients.
  • Provide after-sales service and follow up on complaints.

Skills

Good communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

What you will be doing
  • Actively lead the Corporate MICE segment’s sales, financial and administrative activities being coordinated with all group required arrangements
  • Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
  • High level of interest to manage multiple events in the biggest Ballroom of the city
  • Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
  • Negotiates prices with the clients
  • Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years previous experience within similar role as Sales Manager
  • Experience of Events with high volume participants
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
  • Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
