Sales Manager (Electrical & Panel System)

Join PT Powertek Indo Asia, a leading electrical and panel system company, as Sales Manager. You will lead our sales team and drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships and expanding market reach in the electrical and automation industry.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of electrical panels, automation systems, or project-based electrical solutions.
  • Strong networking background with industrial clients, EPCs, and contractors.
  • Solid understanding of tender processes (BOQ, proposal, technical & commercial offer).
  • Proven ability in sales strategy development, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work mobile (within and outside the city) for client visits and project coordination.
  • Strong leadership with a target-oriented mindset and ability to motivate the team.
  • Previous experience managing a sales team in an electrical or panel manufacturing company is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for electrical panels, switchboards, and automation system products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and business partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Knowledge of PLC, Automation Systems, Switchgear, or Electrical Distribution.
  • Familiarity with design–build project processes in the electrical field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and quotation software.
  • Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel frequently.
