Job description
Job Purpose
  • Administer end to end sales activities for Knitted Fabrics of 100% Combed Cotton Yarns in the Indonesian domestic market.
  • Formulate domestic Knitted Fabric sales target in coordination with Domestic Sales Head and ensure achievement of all domestic sales target.
  • Generate opportunities for creating new customers and enhance the sales of the products in identified regions.
Core Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from the assigned regions as well as new regions.
  • Maintain relationship with company distributors (if any) for all assigned territories and perform regular visits to all sites.
  • Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
  • Ensure that periodic sales/revenue targets are achieved.
  • Prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assigned region.
  • Analyse all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for the same.
  • Ensure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
  • Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given timelines.
  • Oversee the development of constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the procedures and activities.
  • Review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
  • Administer market research and surveys to study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
  • Liaise with Production and Manufacturing team and provide suggestions to improve the product based on the feedback received from the customers.
  • Prepare contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with state regulations.
  • Mentor the sales representatives and create awareness about the products in the target regions by conducting advertising and marketing campaigns.

Requirement
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing of Knitted Fabrics (Predominately 100% Cotton) in the Indonesian Domestic market.
  • Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree in Sales/Marketing.
  • Good communication in English.
