The incumbent will lead 5–6 sales persons for selling the following product categories: Air & Power Tools , Construction equipment, Cleaning Equipment, Outdoor power equipment, Air compressor, with targeted customers in Manufacturing , Landscaping , General Construction, Forestry segments.

Job Description

• Target achievement : ensuring team achieving individual and brand target
• Assisting team for market penetration and finding new leads (customer acquisition)
• Maintaining good relationship with customers and make sure the revenue growth
• Analysing potential customers based on sales & creating special marketing program
• SWOT mapping to acknowledge competitors for the targeted industry
• Providing regular feedback related to our own or competitor’s products to Product/Merchandising team.

Requirements

• Min Diploma, with mechanical / electrical engineering background is preferable
• Min 5 years experiences as Sales Manager
• Having experiences in tools / machinery / technical products
• Having existing network/clients in the above mentioned industries
• Able to work under pressure for achieving sales target.
• Strong in data analyzing (Advanced Excel/ Gsheet)
• Sales minded, serve customer and support team.
