Overview
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a Senior Sales, Business Development, or Commercial role within the construction, building materials, heavy equipment, or related industry.
Bachelor's degree (S1) preferable background in Engineering Civil Engineering or Business Management is a significant advantage.
Good negotiation skill, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills and Must possess a vast, active, and demonstrable personal network within the Indonesian construction ecosystem

Job responsibilities
- Project Hunting, Proactively acquire new construction projects by leveraging an extensive, existing personal network at the decision-maker level (C-Level, Directors, Project Managers, Head of Procurement).
- Market Intelligence, Deeply map the market to identify an upcoming project pipeline (both tender and direct appointment) well before they are publicly announced
- Network Management, Build, nurture, and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.
- Sales Strategy, Develop and execute aggressive B2B sales strategies to ensure the company's products/services are "locked-in" (spec-in) from the early design or project planning stages.
- Target Achievement, Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding high-value individual and team sales targets
- Tender & Bidding Leadership, Lead the bidding and tender process, conduct high-level commercial and technical negotiations, and ensure successful deal closing.
- Internal Collaboration, Work closely with technical teams (Estimators, Engineers) to prepare competitive and accurate proposals.
- Reporting, Provide regular reports on the sales pipeline, sales forecasting, and competitor analysis to the Board of Directors
