A leading global inspection company is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business in the private building sector. The role involves developing relationships with developers and contractors, promoting services throughout the building lifecycle, and managing proposals and negotiations. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in technical sales and a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, this position offers a competitive compensation package.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the private building sector, especially CAPEX-intensive projects.
Develop strong client relationships with industrial estate developers, factory owners, property investors, and contractors.
Promote services across the building lifecycle: design review, quality control, construction supervision, and commissioning support.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation processes.
Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to develop tailored, competitive offers.
Monitor project pipelines and market trends in the industrial and commercial building sectors.
