About the Role

PT Venus Ceramica International is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving our ambitious business objectives. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the sales team and ensuring they meet their individual and collective targets
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans to increase market share and revenue
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including responding to tenders and proposals
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team
  • Coaching, mentoring and training the sales team to improve their skills and performance
Requirements
  • Significant experience (5+ years) in Sales Management, preferably within the ceramics or a similar industry
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers
