Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience across our stores and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and service.
- Monitor daily store operations, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and clients.
- Work closely with the marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to align sales initiatives with brand goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure the implementation of company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sales Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in fashion retail, luxury, or lifestyle brand.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales analysis tools.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on management style.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
