We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and corporate clients
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for sales staff
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated client issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
