Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Leisure is responsible for maximising room revenue from the leisure segment through strategic sales planning, key account management, and consistent execution aligned with Soori’s brand standards and target market. The role requires strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, and direct channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies focused on the leisure market
  • Drive room yield through effective account management and promotions
  • Maintain and grow key partnerships with agents and travel platforms
  • Represent Soori Bali at travel trade events and roadshows
  • Provide market trend insights to optimise revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational alignment
  • Support yield and inventory management in coordination with Reservations and Front Office
  • Maintain up-to-date sales databases and reports
Requirements
  • Proven track record in hospitality sales, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Deep understanding of the leisure travel segment and market dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Willingness to travel for trade events and client meetings
