We are currently in an active growth phase and are looking for a talented Sales Manager who will become part of our movement and help clients gain confidence in their future.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conducting online meetings with clients (from video call to deal closure)
  • Working with qualified leads (provided by first-line managers)
  • Explaining the complexities of US hiring to clients and guiding them to payment (average deal cycle — 2 weeks)
  • Responding quickly and professionally in messengers
  • Preparing contracts (templates are automated, only need to input client data and pricing tier)
  • Managing CRM and following work standards
We Are Looking for Someone Who
  • Masters sales techniques and knows how to work with cold/warm leads
  • Has CRM management experience and knows how to build long-term client relationships
  • Possesses charisma, empathy, and persuasion skills
  • Takes responsibility for tasks and knows how to achieve results
