Job summary

A leading sales company in Central Java seeks a Senior Sales Manager to oversee and achieve budgeted sales goals. You will be responsible for compiling annual budgets, developing strategic plans, and managing key customer relationships. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Indonesian and has significant experience in senior sales management, preferably in the labelling industry. This role is crucial for driving growth and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales budget by month and by year.
  • Compile annual sales budgets by customer, brand, and marketing class.
  • Develop strategic sales plans for Indonesia.
  • Manage key customer relationships.
  • Submit monthly Sales Management reports.

Job description

All regional budgeted sales both produced and outsourced.

The achievement of the sales budget by month and by year.

Responsible for the annual sales budget compilation by customer, brand and marketing class. This budget will be presented to the GM INDO and the SD of Asia for final consideration.

Responsible for non-budgeted growth projects.

The development of a strategic sales plan for Indonesia together with the GM Indo. This will include but not limited to:

  • Non accredited opportunities.
  • SLA’s
  • Service oriented developments (grow barriers to entry at key customers)
  • Management of deliveries when urgency or flexibility required together with production.
  • Maximise pricing/margins outside of set global pricing.
  • Key customer relationship building at key levels within their organisation’s.
  • Forward understanding and information of customer demands by marketing class (forecasting).
  • Ensuring debtors book is maintained at group policy level.
Key Objectives
  • To develop medium and long-term plans to ensure we consistently meet and overachieve on customer service on a cost-effective basis.
  • To logically manage and delegate work to achieve agreed objectives, so that it can be performed effectively by people to establish a team synergy.
  • To influence, inspire and develop people to take effective action to achieve pre-determined results.
  • To ensure that the necessary controls/sales management skills are in place to identify market needs and changes in a timely fashion.
  • To submit a monthly Sales Management report.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Senior sales management experience (preferably in the labelling industry)
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to deal and communicate at a senior level.
