a. Max. age 40, bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Management.
b. Candidates who are local residents in the possible placement work area are preferred
c. Minimum 3 years of experience in management position, have experience in ISP or similar field would be an advantage.
d. Have experience in B2C Sales, buyer‑scouting.

f. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.

Job Description:
a. Lead and manage daily operations to achieve the company's business goals and maximize profitability.
b. Guide management staff in the city/system, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.
c. Lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets.
d. Perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
e. Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
f. Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
g. Recruiting, training, supporting subordinate managers, and conducting regular performance reviews.
h. Implementing headquarters' business, marketing, and advertising plans and developing local community relationships.
i. Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost‑effective.
j. Ensuring products and services comply with company regulatory and quality standards.
k. Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
l. Prepared and presented monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
m. Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Implement sales distribution strategy activities in terms of target fulfillment, volume growth, distribution, product penetration.
