AYANA Hospitality is looking for a skilled Sales Manager/Assistant for the Government Segment at Delonix Hotel Karawang. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing sales strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of government clients, fostering relationships that maximize opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive hotel occupancy and sales from the Govt Segment.
  • Stay informed about developments in government policies and procurements that may impact sales strategies.

Project Sales / Business Development – Construction Chemicals & Building Materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A strong blend of Sales, Marketing, and Technical expertise is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in project sales or business development within adhesives, construction chemicals, or building materials.

Medical Devices and TPA Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and market medical devices and TPA (Third Party Administrator) products to providers and potential clients.

Main Duties
  • Find and manage new customer / end user / project partner, selling the products in IT Project solution ( Handy Talky, AIDC Barcode‑Printer‑Scanner‑Label, Networking product ).
  • Create and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy.
  • Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing, creating, developing, and selling to new customer is a must.
  • Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication (new customer and/or partners or principals) to assigned target number quarterly (Gross Profit).
  • Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with customer or partner project and be a PIC of contact.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing customer with generating new coverage and customer.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Engineering field.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years as Sales Assistant Manager with proven sales experience is required, with a strong emphasis on working within both the Plastic Injection (Automotive sector) and Plastic Food Container markets.
  • Have working experience in Japanese company will be preferable.
  • Must be willing to work in the Karawang area.
