  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Management.
  • Candidates who are local residents in the possible placement work area are preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position; experience in ISP or a similar field would be an advantage.
  • Have experience in B2C Sales, buyer-scouting.
  • Understanding of Marketing Strategy, Competitive Strategy, and Consumer Behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines, strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability, understanding of operational management and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in IT, management software and tools.
