A leading local service provider in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for merchant acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in F&B sales and a proven ability to lead a sales team. Strong communication skills and a passion for local business growth are essential. Develop and implement the overall sales strategy, including merchant acquisition, retention, and performance tracking.
Establish sales workflows, performance KPIs, and incentive mechanisms.
Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant and F&B merchants.
Maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts to ensure sustainable business growth.
Lead, train, and motivate a sales team of 5–10 people.
Set clear sales targets and ensure team achievement through coaching and performance management.
Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to optimize merchant performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in F&B sales or local services, with a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
Prior experience at Grab, Gojek, Shopee Food, or TikTok Go is highly preferred.
Proven ability to build and manage a sales team (5–10 members).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage (for Chinese‑speaking merchants or HQ communication).
