A private trading company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced sales manager to oversee sales performance, maintain customer relationships, and lead a team. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in IT or managed services, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Monitoring the achievement for each person in a team
Preparing sales and pitching method to the client
Conducting market and trend analysis and setting up business intelligence strategies
Maintaining the relationship with the customers
Controlling the sales performance
Developing potential market together with business development team for business expansion purpose
Managing the sales cost and budget
Target and market mapping
Coordinating the penetration activities in customer acquisition for account customers
Managing the cross-selling activity to the customers for various products
Bachelor degree in any field, IT field would be desirable
Good command in English would be a plus point
Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
Communicative and talk active
Having at least 3 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, and managed service would be a plus point
Good analytical skill
Fast respond and open minded
Good understanding in cost and budgeting, especially for sales needed
Having experience in operating sales module (such as CRM, ERP, etc) is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure
