Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from any major.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Textile Industry.
  • Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and export markets, as well as customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (minimum intermediate level).

  • Oversee and optimize the use of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media, etc.) to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with production and product development teams to ensure market demand alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data and provide reports with actionable recommendations.

Salary Range:
IDR 15,000,000 – 17,000,000

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
