  • Minimum 5 year experience in their field or testing laboratory
  • Strong technical sales skill with high customer orientation
  • High willingness to explore new things and create new business models

Responsibilities
  • Check and approve quotation, sales order, shipment, Test Service Order (TSO) and sales report
  • Work with authorized distributors and direct customers for orders, new project development and competitor intelligence feedback
  • Determine customer needs and propose suitable products for their applications
  • Carry out demos of goods to customers
  • Deliver target sales, new product introduction (NPI) sales and profitability
  • Update customers demands to meet target delivery lead times
  • Follow up and correspondence quotation to customer
  • Maintain good relationship with customer and handling customer complaint
  • Handling customers based on customer list
  • Make sales trip schedule to existing and new customers and looking for new customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop new products based on market needs
  • Make sales trip report
  • Make budget, design, plan, sell, preparation and follow up the workshop for increase test kit & testing service
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Make business plans for sales, strategy, budget, promotion, pricing, package (item and price)
  • Make weekly report and email to Accounting Department
  • Making weekly reports from Sales and Marketing Department to Line Manager
  • Coordinate the subordinate task when they are on leave or have heavy workload
  • Monitor workflow and provide guidance to the sales team
  • Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing and digital analytics
  • Maintain test kit stock based on customers forecast
