Job summary

A leading insulation company in Jakarta is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the ITI segment. The successful candidate will achieve sales volume targets, manage customer relationships, and support marketing activities. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of sales experience in industrial segments are required. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in B2B project sales within industrial segments.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted sales volume.
  • Develop sales plans and opportunities for designated segments.

Role summary:

This person will responsible for achievement the sales volume budget, manage stake holders of I T I segment.

Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:

  • Responsible for achievement of budgeted sales volume
  • Develop of sales plan and sales opportunities of designated segment with all related customers included new distributors & applicator insulation company.
  • Ensure the customers complies with ROCKWOOL terms and condition of sale
  • Handling customers inquiries, 1 st tier technical questions & application studies, quotes or proposals and complaints.
  • Able to do technical or products presentation
  • Supporting marketing activities or events
  • Provide regular status report on business activities, projects or opportunity development
  • Frequent travelling is required.
Job requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial )
  • Having experience in sales field minimum 3 years
  • Experienced B2B in project segment – preferably in industrial segment ( oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, etc )
  • Proficient in English both writing and speaking
