As part of our continued expansion in Southeast Asia, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the Indonesia region.
We are seeking a high-performing sales professional with 5–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly within the HR Tech (HRMS), SaaS, or CHRO-focused solutions space. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indonesian enterprise market, with proven experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders, especially in HR and IT leadership roles. An MBA graduate with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia) and the ability to articulate complex HR technology solutions clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with CRM platforms is mandatory, with consistent and disciplined use for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
