As part of our continued expansion in Southeast Asia, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the Indonesia region.

Candidate Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional with 5–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly within the HR Tech (HRMS), SaaS, or CHRO-focused solutions space. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indonesian enterprise market, with proven experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders, especially in HR and IT leadership roles. An MBA graduate with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia) and the ability to articulate complex HR technology solutions clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with CRM platforms is mandatory, with consistent and disciplined use for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle — from lead generation, prospecting, and solution presentation to pricing negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts across Indonesia, targeting CHROs, CIOs, and senior HR leaders.
  • Drive consultative and value-based selling to position ZingHR as a strategic HRMS partner for clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ZingHR product suite and align its business value with customer needs and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reporting through the CRM system, ensuring timely forecasting and activity tracking.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Master's with 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, HRMS, or HR tech enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience selling to enterprise clients in Indonesia with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and decision-making structures.
  • Established network of CHROs, HR leaders, and CXO-level decision-makers across industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in solution-based sales environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — persuasive, structured, and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in CRM tools for lead management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
