All about the role: This is for Banjamasin area. To formulate strategies for the online platform and be responsible for driving growth and developing the channel to meet revenue and growth targets. This role has to lead the team and cross functionally and executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business plan, and tracking sales trends and identifies opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a sales strategy and mentor, manage and motivate inside sales team in Makassar areas to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow sales with new market penetration
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Maintain collaboration and communications between sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales and other personnel as well as customers and suppliers
  • Cooperate with key information owners in ecommerce channels
