About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Manager / Engineer to lead sales growth within the mining and industrial sectors in Indonesia.
This role involves developing strong relationships with clients and partners, managing sales operations, and driving business expansion across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales operations for assigned product lines and territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining and industrial equipment sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow partner and system integrator relationships to strengthen the sales network.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry conferences.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, HSE, and quality standards in all operations.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Engineering) to deliver customer solutions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous improvement and capability building.
- Provide regular insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of B2B industrial sales experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management or account management role.
- Strong background in mining, heavy equipment, or industrial power solutions preferred.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP (sales or operations modules).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and build relationships.
- Must have the legal right to work in Indonesia.
