Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Salesperson is preferred.
• Experience in a sales role is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers through visits.
• Offer new items or brands as instructed.
• Acquire new customers in existing and new areas.
• Inform about new products and ongoing promotions.
• Resolve customer issues such as payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance for uncollectible invoices.
• Complete customer data forms for NAV input.
• Provide customer development information to Sales supervisors.
• Recommend customer limits to Sales Manager.
• Explain company procedures related to customers.

Menjaga hubungan dengan melakukan kunjungan ke Pelanggan

Menambah / menawarkan item atau merek yang ada sesuai intruksi

Menambah Customer baru di area yang sudah ada dan buka area baru

Menginformasikan produk baru dan promo yang sedang berlaku

Menyelesaikan masalah dengan Customer seperti selisih pembayaran, kredit macet dll (bila ada masalah)

Bekerjasama dengan divisi Finance jika ada tagihan yang tidak tertagih oleh kolektor, sedangkan nota sudah jatuh tempo atau bahkan sudah telat.

Mengisi Form dan melengkapi data untuk customer baru yang akan diinput di NAV

Memberikan informasi perkembangan Customer kepada Sales SPV dan Manager

Memberikan rekomendasi kepada Sales Manager terkait limit customer

Menjelaskan kepada Customer mengenai prosedur yang berlaku di CSI yang berhubungan dengan Customer

Kualifikasi:

Dapat Berkomunikasi dengan baik.
