  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, medical professionals, and patients to promote insurance solutions.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching to enhance agent performance, product knowledge, and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor sales activities and performance reports, ensuring effective execution of hospital-based sales programs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, claims, and operations) to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize promotional and community engagement activities within hospitals to increase brand awareness and policy sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand insurance coverage in the healthcare sector.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields.
