Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong Sales Expertise with a proven ability to generate new business, manage key accounts, and consistently achieve revenue targets within hotels, resorts, or hospitality services.

Excellent Relationship-Building Skills, able to develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other industry stakeholders.

Customer-Focused Approach, ensuring high guest satisfaction by understanding client needs, creating tailored sales proposals, and delivering exceptional service.

Solid Knowledge of Hospitality Operations, including room sales, banquet & event sales, F&B promotions, and online distribution channels (OTA, GDS, corporate accounts).

Skilled in Market Analysis & Strategic Planning, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills, capable of presenting proposals, closing deals, and maintaining professional correspondence.

Proficient in Sales Tools, such as CRM software, Microsoft Office, and hotel PMS/booking systems.

Adaptable and Target-Driven, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
