Our client is a Heavy Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for Sales General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop partnership with dealers.
  • Manage and develop sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with dealers to establish a strong partnership with customers.
  • Report regularly to management and HQ.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing technical discussion in English fluently).
  • Min. 15 years working experience as Sales in a heavy machinery trading company from American, European, or Japanese well known Excavator and Wheel Loader units brands, with at least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office applications and capability to use SAP and other business systems.
  • Smart, proactive, determined, good business acumen.
