We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Sales Flexible Packaging professional who understands the dynamics of the flexible packaging industry. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and offering packaging solutions that align with customer needs.

What You'll Do :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the flexible packaging market.

Identify potential customers, conduct product presentations, and offer customized packaging solutions.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation.

Monitor pricing trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strengthen sales performance.

Collaborate with Production, Design, QA, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate specifications and on-time delivery.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (open for Diploma/Senior High School graduates with relevant experience).

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales — preferably in packaging, plastics, or FMCG industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
