✨ Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning
  • Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, finance, operations) to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or networking activities when required
✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (experience in airlines/travel industry is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English & Indonesian
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targetsKnowledge of airline systems, GDS (Amadeus), or BSP is a plus
