About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our Skincare team at PT ST Morita Farma (MORITA GROUP). As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium skincare products to retailers, distributors, and other potential customers in the East Jakarta area. This is a full-time position based in East Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and identify new sales opportunities

Proactively prospect for new clients and secure new sales contracts

Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and brand

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with the skincare and cosmetics market in the East Jakarta area

Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
