Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Tangerang is seeking an experienced Project Sales professional to engage with developers and contractors. The ideal candidate has a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, at least 3 years in project sales, and excellent communication skills. This role involves preparing proposals and managing customer relationships. Offers opportunities to travel and develop key accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in project sales, preferably in building materials.
• Able to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Work closely with Chinese principal factory for specifications.

• Follow up on project pipeline from inquiry to order closing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Marketing. Or experience in building materials sales
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project sales, preferably building materials or flooring
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong technical understanding and commercial mindset
• Able to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously
