Job summary

A leading medical technology company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a dynamic medical sales representative. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, conducting field visits, and generating leads. The ideal candidate has a D3 - S1 in healthcare, 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, and strong communication skills in Bahasa and English. An attractive compensation plan and career growth await the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical device field preferred.
  • Candidates from aesthetics and medical devices sectors are preferred.
  • Sales experience in other sectors is welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and targets in assigned product line/s.
  • Conduct daily field visits to scout and prospect for new accounts.
  • Generate and follow‑up on sales leads.
  • Provide weekly report on sales activities to the Sales Manager via CRM.
  • Conduct training and demonstrations for clients.
  • Attend and participate in tradeshows/workshops/training events.
  • Update Sales Manager on current market information and trends.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and targets in assigned product line/s.
  • Conduct daily field visits to scout and prospect for new accounts.
  • Generate and follow‑up on sales leads.
  • Provide weekly report on sales activities to the Sales Manager via CRM.
  • Conduct training and demonstrations for clients (training by the company will be provided).
  • Attend and participate in tradeshows/workshops/training events.
  • Update the Sales Manager on current market information and trends.
  • Other duties that pertain to sales when required.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates who have worked in the aesthetics and medical devices sectors are preferred. Candidates with sales experience in other sectors are welcome to apply.
  • D3 - S1 from healthcare/clinical educational background.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical device field is preferred for this position; candidates with other sales experience may apply.
  • Required skills: sales, presentation, communication.
  • Good command of Bahasa and English.
