On behalf of our client, a growing manufacturer of masterbatch color and additive solutions for the plastic industry, we are seeking a motivated Sales / Account Executive to drive sales activities, manage customer accounts, and support business growth within the masterbatch and plastic colorant market.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities for masterbatch color and additive products
  • Manage assigned customer accounts and support achievement of sales growth targets
  • Conduct basic market intelligence and competitor analysis within the plastic and polymer industry
  • Promote new products, color solutions, and technical offerings to existing and prospective customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, QC, and production) to support customer requirements and technical inquiries
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, samples, quotations, and purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Prepare basic sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates for management review
  • Work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented sales environment
Qualifications
  • Educational background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the masterbatch, plastic colorant, polymer, or chemical industry
  • Strong interest in technical or industrial sales roles
  • Willing to work under pressure to achieve defined sales targets
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of plastic materials, applications, and industrial customers is an advantage
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • English proficiency is an advantage
