As a Sales Executive for Absenly (HRIS), you will drive the growth of our mobile‑first HRIS platform by acquiring new clients, delivering product demos, and helping businesses modernize their attendance, shift, overtime, and employee management processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR teams, operations managers, and business owners, guiding them toward a more efficient, automated, and compliant HR workflow using Absenly.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients across industries such as F&B, retail, services, manufacturing, and SMEs.
- Perform outreach via cold calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships.
- Qualify leads based on HR challenges — attendance issues, overtime management, shift scheduling complexity, compliance gaps, etc.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline in CRM.
Product Presentation & Demo
- Deliver clear and effective demos of Absenly (mobile & web).
- Explain core features:
- GPS attendance & geofencing
- Shift & roster management
- Overtime request & approval
- Leave & permission request
- Employee profile & document management
- Performance & activity logs (if applicable)
- Translate the client’s manual HR process into an automated Absenly workflow.
- Handle product‑related queries with confidence.
Sales Process & Closing
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing plans, and service agreements.
- Negotiate terms to achieve win‑win outcomes.
- Close new deals and meet monthly MRR targets.
- Coordinate with the onboarding & implementation team to ensure a smooth go‑live process for each client.
Customer Relationship & Retention
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Identify opportunities for upsell (additional employees, premium features, multi‑branch usage).
- Gather feedback and share insights with the product team for product improvement.
- Understand the HRIS market landscape and position Absenly effectively.
- Keep track of HR operational pain points trending in Indonesia:
- Mobile attendance fraud
- Multi‑location attendance challenges
- Be fully updated with Absenly’s roadmap, new features, and updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or HRIS solutions (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR operations (attendance, shifts, overtime, payroll basics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with monthly targets and fast‑paced environments.
- Tech‑savvy and eager to learn product features quickly.
- High energy, proactive, results‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
- Experience selling mobile apps or software subscriptions is a strong advantage.
