Job summary

A leading electronics accessories sales company is seeking a Sales Executive in Indonesia. You will be responsible for selling phone and computer accessories, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. Vehicle ownership is a requirement.

Qualifications

  • Max 40 years old, minimum education SMA/SMK.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Executive, particularly in electronics and gadgets.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with high motivation in sales.
  • Basic knowledge of technology and HP/computer accessories.
  • Own a vehicle and have a driver's license.
  • Friendly, active, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Sell phone, laptop, computer accessories, and other gadgets.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the accessories segment.
  • Develop effective sales strategies based on market trends.
  • Maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers and outlets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for superiors.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Menjual produk aksesoris Handphone, laptop, komputer, dan gadget lainnya (seperti charger, mouse, keyboard, headset, dll).
  • Mencapai target penjualan individu maupun tim sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan Perusahaan.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, baik toko retail, distributor, maupun end-user.
  • Memimpin tim sales untuk mencapai target penjualan bulanan dan tahunan di segmen aksesoris handphone dan komputer.
  • Mengembangkan strategi penjualan yang efektif berdasarkan tren pasar dan perilaku konsumen.
  • Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan dengan toko ritel, distributor, dealer.
  • Melakukan kunjungan ke pelanggan dan outlet secara berkala untuk memastikan ketersediaan dan visibilitas produk.
  • Menyusun laporan penjualan harian/mingguan/bulanan kepada atasan.
Kualifikasi
  • Maksimal 40 Tahun Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Executive, khususnya di bidang aksesoris elektronik, gadget, dll.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam penjualan.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang produk teknologi dan aksesoris HP/komputer.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM.
  • Ramah, aktif, dan customer-oriented.
  • Sanggup bekerja di lapangan.
